I am also a bit concerned about the pace of reading required but if I can't keep up so be it.Part-time Pilgrimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11183889477468203531noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-253865779660854699.post-7783759232070386002012-05-02T20:33:40.104+01:002012-05-02T20:33:40.104+01:00It sounds good.

Are we prepared to be "judgmental" and exclude people?(Yes! Yes!) How do we judge "faithful to the Magisterium"? Or is it a Catholic Online Book Club for that Bunch of Us who Hang Around on Twitter instead of Doing Good Works? ;-)

It might be a good idea to set out from the start that the only "books" to be discussed are available online.

I'm happy for Ben to do all the work, choosing things to read, thinking up questions, moderating, excluding, taking abuse, etc, but, unaccountably, he seems less keen - how do we set something up to let a bunch of "people like us" lead. Anybody who has led #twitterangelus? ;-) (Twitch eye tonight)

(And if you like listening to stories and have a spare twenty minutes listen to this mp3 from Canada about a book club experience that goes wrong! Start at 17:45, or maybe listen to the first bit as well, which talks about other book clubs.)Ttonyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15185875893212146794noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-253865779660854699.post-23381391120065062942012-05-02T18:06:33.335+01:002012-05-02T18:06:33.335+01:00;)
